Ryan and I are buying our first house. We close in a month! Buying a house is so exciting and intimidating! It's a brand new spec home and we still got to pick the carpet and appliances. Here's a little preview... if you want to see more, you need to come to WI and VISIT!!

yay! some new pictures. I hadn't checked your blog in awhile and need to add it to my list but looks like life is soo good! Avery is adorable, love the picture of her eyes closed and that girl is holding her. And you look great as ever. Looks like she got spoiled over the holidays, well deserved! congrats on the house--- that is soooo exciting! It looks so nice, i am trying hard not to be jealous :)

Congrats! There is nothing better than walking into your first home and thinking, "hey that's my toilet and if I wanted to I could rip it out..."! Good luck with everything, we are actually moving back to Colorado next week and will be looking to buy our next home there, as I just landed a job in Boulder! Take Care!
